We were so excited to finally be able to check out our room. We were exhausted after two very full days, heading back for a midday break was something we all were craving.

Let’s take a peak inside our one bedroom villa….
After getting everyone and everything settled- it was time for me to head to work (it isn’t all fun and games, right?). Off I went to Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort to pick up my Summit Registration packet for the next few days, check out the trade show for Disney Destination Add-On products, and then off to the Gran Destino Tower for the Welcome Reception.
Once the reception had wrapped up a few of us headed to the Top of the Gran Destino Tower to the Dahlia Lounge for their signature Espumoso Punch with Fonesca Bin 27 Port, Gombier de Mure, Lime, Orange, Freixenet Blanc de Blancs Gava Brut, and Fresh Fruit. Delicious! Soon enough, I was home for the night. On my way back up to our villa, I did stop inside the Riviera’s Primo Platto to pick up dinner. I ordered their Grilled Hanger Steak- Medium Grilled Steak with a Red Wine Sauce and Balsamic Syrup served with Mascarpone Mashed Potatoes and Buttered Carrots. A RIDICULOUSLY FABULOUS value on the Disney Dining Plan- this was one quick service credit and it was DELICIOUS! Even paying $17.99 for this entrée is a fantastic deal.
