Tickets for Disney’s annual Night of Joy are now on sale. The event, held at Walt Disney World, is a contemporary Christian music festival. Each year, the second week of September, since 1983, Christian artists come together for this two-night festival.
September 6 & 7 are the dates for the 2013 festival with a variety of performers scheduled for both days at the Magic Kingdom Park. From 7:30pm – 1am ticket holders will hear performances form some of today’s top rock, gospel and pop contemporary Christian artists/bands. Here is a list of those scheduled to perform, at this time.
Friday, September 6, 2013: Skillet, Mandisa, Matthew West, Audio A, Moriah Peters, We as Humans, City Harbor Mercy Me, Steven Curtis Chapman & Michael W. Smith.
Saturday, September 7, 2013: Newsboys, Britt Nicole, Group 1 Crew, Francesca Batistelli, Toby Mac, Building 429, For King and Country and Jaime Grace.
A one night ticket (adult and child) is $58.58 and a two-night ticket is $105.44 (with tax). Event participation is not included with regular Theme Park admission. A separate ticket is required. Tickets are valid for entry during specific event hours only for the date purchased. Shuttles to and from the Magic Kingdom for Night of Joy usually operate 90 minutes after park closes, or until about 2:30 a.m.
