In 2 years, the swankiest resort in Walt Disney World Resort will open it’s doors with 444 rooms, 40 Four Seasons Residence Club units and up to 90 Four Seasons Private Residences. The world’s largest Four Season’s Resort also comes complete with a rooftop restaurant with panoramic views of the Magic Kingdom. The resort will also have
14,000-square foot spa, three pools, a lazy river, tennis courts, a basketball court and a climbing wall.
The room rates haven’t been announced yet,but early estimates agree they’ll open with a $600 and upwards price tag per room, per night. In perspective, The Grand Floridian Resort and Spa’s rooms start at round $440 per night.
The new luxury resort will be found inside Disney’s Golden Oaks luxury community near the Osprey Ridge Golf Course, which Four Seasons will eventually manage.
