A Berumdaful Cruise- Day 4, Pirate Night on board the Disney Magic

Now, this was not our first visit inside the Pirates League- but it was on the Disney Magic. The last time we visited, we were sailing the Disney Fantasy in 2015 and all three kids were made over for $35 each. Now, the price has increased to $45 and it was only Mikey this time.

Now, this can be very similar to Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique on board, inside the parks, and Disney Springs. We had such a magical experience during Mikey’s first visit to the Pirates League in 2013 on the Disney Fantasy- but… this time it wasn’t so much. First- this location is much smaller. There also aren’t as many options as there once was too.

First, you pick your Pirate “look”:

Then you roll the dice to receive your pirate name:

Then you take your seat for your makeover.

Mikey was taking his pirate oath pretty quickly, maybe 20 minutes after he was seated.

After Mikey was done, we met the girls and Mike by Mikey and took a family picture with Pirate Mikey before heading to dinner- where there were even more photographers inside Rapunzel’s Royal Table taking table pictures.

Now, on to dinner- not my usual favorite menu- so I warn you.

I started with a soup from the kids menu, a potato soup I wouldn’t recommend.

Mike did enjoy his Master Gibbs’ “1/2 Pint of Shrimp” Cocktail with Dill-Marinated Shrimp on Iceberg Lettuce, with Cucumber, Tomato, Caviar and a Marie-Rose Sauce.

I then got creative and ordered the King George’s Roasted Privateer Strip Loin but with French Fries and green beans- and actually LOVED it!

I actually skipped dessert tonight as I was anticipating the Prate buffet later that night and we were anxious to get to Music Trivia (we WON!).

After dinner, the girls and Mikey found Captain Jack Sparrow before heading out for the festivities for the evening.

Mikey was actually called up on stage during Marcus Monroe’s act that night and he ate it up!

After the show we all met on deck for he Pirates IN the Caribbean Party and were even able to find a photographer to take a few memorable pictures of our night!

Then, it was time to party!

Let’s eat! Some of the buffet highlights:

We grabbed a few plates a food and headed to our  staterooms to wash up after a long day and settle down with some snacks on our balcony. The perfect ending to a pretty perfect day!
