After we were all showered and refreshed, we were ready to head down to dinner inside Animator’s Palate…
Tonight was a show night- the room and our servers’ clothing fades from black and white into color over the course of dinner. The drawings around the room also change and evolve, which is fun too.
For dinner, Mikey played it safe again – carbo loading from the kids’ menu as he preps his body for a long day in Rome tomorrow!
For the rest of us, we started with the soup- that seems so crazy considering how hot we were most of the day but the Baked Potato and Cheddar Cheese Soup is really hard to pass up!
For entrees, Mike and the girls had the Angus Beef Tenderloin-
I ordered 2 plates of the Black Truffle Pasta Purseittes, because – well… I love them. Typically, this is an appetizer- but I ordered two for my entree instead. It doesn’t look like a lot (now remember, I had two of these)- but they are super filling.
By the time our entrees were served the show was in full swing- the room comes alive as Mickey Mouse commands- it’s awesome.
After the show dessert was served, we all ordered the Chocolate Fudge Cheesecake- along with what appeared to be an easy puzzle from Ralex.
Change this to show only 4 boxes by only moving 2 crayons….
Seemed simple enough to do it before we tried to! We were the LAST ONES in the dining room that night trying to figure it out!
Next up? We were headed to the Snuggly Ducking for some fun and games before the show tonight!
