A Magical Mediterranean Cruise, Day 7- Waking up in France and Exploring the Disney Magic

By now, we were exhausted. We hadn’t planned any excursions for the day and planned to take some time enjoying the ship and heading into port after some relaxation on board. I will admit, waking up to this morning’s view took my breath away…

After a late breakfast at Cabanas, we decided too stroll the pool decks- the ship was practically empty as most everyone headed  onshore to explore France or nearby Monaco early.

We started strolling on Deck 10 Forward, just about Quiet Cove…

This is the Splash Zone for the littlest cruisers- in the shade and super cute on Deck 9 Aft:

This is the Aqua Lab nearby the Splash Zone:

More strolling along Deck 10…

The adults only Quiet Cove…

Signals, inside Quiet Cove, was just redone and is so inviting and with a much more relaxing vibe now.

Cove  Cafe was also just given a face-lift:

Duck-In Diner (Deck 9) quickly became a family favorite with many new options for lunch or a quick snack, even dinner-

Nearby at Daisy’s De-Lites, they offer a more healthier option with salads, wraps, and soups available during lunch and dinner hours.

Frozone’s was where you would find smoothies, etc that were mostly at an additional fee.

Eye Scream was where you would find my family once or twice a day, at minimum, getting their daily dose of soft serve- that is included in your cruise vacation. The options varied throughout the cruise with some fruit varieties as well as your typical chocolate and vanilla.

We spent quite some time on Deck 9 this late morning into the afternoon. Sleeping Beauty was playing on Funnel Vision and we all got sucked in watching from inside Goofy’s pool and the nearby whirlpools. We grabbed a quick lunch between our options at Pinocchio’s Pizzeria, Duck-In Diner, and Daisy’s De-Lites and they were all delicious. We decided dessert today should be enjoyed on land France…
