Disney has re-imagined the California Grill at Disney’s Contemporary Resort. It will open on September 9th and feature the same spectacular views of the Walt Disney World® Resort as it always has in the past.

However, the California Grill dining room has been transformed with a sleek, contemporary interpretation of mid-century modern California design.
The new menu features seasonal ingredients and lighter fare. Guests will enjoy updated versions of longtime favorites, such as flatbreads, grilled pork tenderloin and oak-fired filet of beef. Plus, the sushi bar will offer a new chef’s choice menu. And, to top it all off there are over 250 options on the wine list not to mention 10 varieties of sake and eight types of craft beers and ciders.

Book your dinner close to the fireworks and guests can now enjoy two areas to view the evening show – one on the northwest side and a new deck on the southwest side. The re-imagined restaurant now features two communal tables of 10 at the north end of the dining room which allow for great fireworks viewing.
