Please note: a good travel agent will help you plan all your dining reservations. We recommend Castle Dreams Travel for all your vacation planning needs.
Advance planning is the key to a successful vacation, as many Disney full-service restaurants are quite popular and book quickly.
Advance dining reservations may be made online at www.DisneyWorld.com/restaurant or by calling 1-407-WDW-DINE (1-407-939-3463). FYI, menus are available for select restaurants when you log onto www.DisneyWorld.com/Restaurant, and search for the specific restaurant and once the restaurant displays, if the menu is available, you will see it as a PDF document. Guests with a confirmed advance dining reservation will be seated at the next available table that will accommodate their party size after the confirmation time. At most locations, the entire party must be present before seating will occur. Guests should arrive with their entire party at least 10 minutes prior to their confirmation time. Reservations are generally held for up to 10 minutes past the confirmation time. Confirmed Guests who do not check in within this timeframe may be subject to additional delays before seating, up to cancellation.
Currently, you can make most advance dining, recreation, and tour reservations up to 180 days in advance. Guests staying at a Disney-owned Resort Hotel can book 180 days in advance from resort arrival date and up to 10 days into their vacation. For all other Guests who would like to book most dining, recreation, and tours, reservations can be booked 180 days in advance from each date.
Keeping the advance booking window in mind, online reservations begin at 6 a.m. and phone reservations begin at 7 a.m. Therefore, it is our strongest suggestion to book online beginning at 6 a.m. the moment your advance dining window opens. If you are within the advance dining booking window already, you should book your dining reservations as soon as possible. Remember, for Theme Park dining, you will need a valid Theme Park admission ticket.
Some Restaurants May Require a Credit Card Guarantee or Payment in Full
Some Disney full-service restaurants (holds true for Disney dinner show packages too), all Children’s Activity Centers and meals on popular holidays, require either a credit card guarantee or advance payment in full. Exact cancellation policies for each location are advised at time of booking (penalties apply if not cancelled in the specified timeframe). Guests who have purchased a package that includes dining at the location being reserved are still required to provide a credit card guarantee and are still subject to cancellation penalties.
For Parties of more than 10 Guests for Dining
For parties of more than 10 Guests at most full-service dining locations, reservations must be made by calling 1-407-WDW-DINE.
- At some full-service dining locations, reservations for parties of more than 13 Guests must be made through the Group Dining department (1-407-939-7707) to ensure the best possible dining experience for the entire party. (Reservations for parties of more than 10 Guests made through the regular process by splitting the party into multiple reservations may not be seated at the same time or near each other).
- Advance Payment Requirements: A credit card guarantee, advance payment in full (or deposit) may be required for some dining experiences.
Helpful Hint: Before your advance dining window opens, if your dining party size contains more than 10 Guests, you should call the Group Dining Department (1-407-939-7707) and review the restaurants you are interested in obtaining. This will enable you to learn what the booking procedures are at each restaurant, as in some special circumstances, you might have to call the restaurant directly (different rules apply to different restaurants).
