DisneyMania- Inside The Grand Floridian’s Royal Palm Club

The Grand Floridian Resort and Spa has two concierge levels one located inside the Sugar Loaf Building and another inside the main building. The Royal Palm Club is located inside the Main Building on the third through fifth floors. Cast Members greet you as you exit the elevator on the third floor and the lounge is located on the fourth floor.IMG_6341

You will find coffee, soft drinks, water, and tea offered from 6:30am-10pm.

We arrived in time for “Mid Day Delights” are offered from 11:30am through 3:30 in the afternoon. “Afternoon Tea” which is offered from 2:30pm through 4pm, and they add scones and even more sweets:

“Twilight Refreshers”, from 5pm through 7pm, includes a sampling of appetizers from the some of the dining locations onsite and snacks for the kids. You will also notice the earlier offerings are refreshed and offered as well:IMG_6334 IMG_6335 IMG_6336 IMG_6337 IMG_6338 IMG_6339 IMG_6340

On the third floor, across from the Cast Members’ desks you will find iced water, lemonade, and the daily newspaper:IMG_6363 IMG_6364

There is plenty of seating on both the fourth floor near the lounge and on the third floor, where you will also find child friendly spaces:IMG_6351 and on the third floor you will also find game tables:

Cast Members are there to assist from 7am through 10pm each day. They can help with any and all of your vacation planning needs once you check in. In the lounge, they suggest appropriate attire (shoes and covering up swimsuits) and adults accompany children under 10 years old.
