Ranger Stan, architecture tour guide for Disney’s Wilderness Lodge has lost his battle with cancer. When the Wilderness Lodge opened May 28, 1994, Ranger Stan welcomed the first guests and retired in 2009. During his time with the Wilderness Lodge, he gave lobby tours, smiles to countless guests and was always ready with a story or any kind of help or advice you might need during your visit.
He will be missed. May he rest in peace.
