New experiences for Disney Cruise Line’s Remy

As you all know, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience during Remy’s Champagne Brunch on my last trip on the Disney Fantasy…

Disney Cruise Line just announced a new way for guest to enjoy this magical, adults only dining location.

First with the Remy Dessert Experience explained as a sweet selection of delectable desserts. “Remy Featuring Pompidou’s Patisseries Dessert Experience” is an adult-only dining event named after the dessert chef from the film Ratatouille. Enjoy a 6-course dessert menu, coffee and an in-depth discussion with the Executive Chef and Executive Pastry Chef of Remy. As each dessert is presented, they’ll explain the history and evolution of the dessert.

This event is offered while the ship is at sea during cruises of 4 nights or longer. Check the Personal Navigator—the Disney Cruise Line daily newsletter—once onboard for specific dates and times.

The Remy dessert experience is $50.00 per person. Guests may also select to add a Champagne Pairing to their dining experience for $25.00 per person.


Next, the Petites Assiettes de Remy Experience is designed to provide a taste of Remy for those who are unsure they are ready for the full, Remy dinner experience. Adult guests sample small plates of Remy’s gourmet cuisine and fine wine offered during the early evening hours on the first day of each cruise and is hosted by the Executive Chef who serves as an epicurean guide for this six-course culinary journey.

The first course is blinis with Californian caviar and Champagne in Remy’s spectacular wine room, and the next four courses guests move through the main dining room where they are presented with superb French-inspired dishes from the restaurant’s seasonal menu. Your dinner concludes in the Chef’s table dining room (pictures can be seen in my post about my brunch experience) with dessert and the final wine pairing.


For cruisers in November through February, a unique truffle menu is available. Remy’s truffle collection includes white Alba and black Périgord truffles, and the menu is designed with the rich flavors of this luxurious ingredient infused throughout the six-course menu. The truffle menu at Remy is $250 per person.
