Pandora — The World of Avatar Inaugural Expedition, dinner inside Disney Spring’s Paddlefish & “Happily Ever After”

Dinner at Disney Springs is a great way to start your Walt Disney World vacation- and Paddlefish is a spot I would certainly recommend. Great location, beautiful surroundings, friendly staff, and delicious food.

I met up with some other fabulous Disney Travel professionals, I am lucky to also call great friends, and headed to Paddlefish.

We were even greeted outside with food and drinks!

Once inside, we found a table and checked out our options, with three decks of food and drinks, it was a very quick 2 hour event!

On the top deck there was some evening entertainment as well!

Desserts were certainly different…

The tart in the back of the pecan tart was a strawberry shortcake- which was amazing!

After dinner we were treated to a very special viewing of the Magic Kingdom’s Happily Ever After, which dare I say- replaces Wishes in a way you won’t miss it. It’s just extraordinary, especially in person! That said, there were risers set up for the press who were also attending the event tonight, which blocked a full view of the castle projection show, as you can see from these pictures. My family is headed back later this year and are looking forward to a view without these risers 😉

After the show ended, we were treated to Jordan Fisher & Angie Keilhauer singing, “Happily Ever After”. It was a great way to end the night as we have a very early sales breakfast in the morning.
