The taxi from Beach Club dropped us right in front of the Grand Floridian Resort and Spa at 9:45pm- which was perfect. We had time to enjoy a bit of the lobby, grab a few desserts from the club lounge, and FINALLY see where we will be staying the next 3 nights!
The iconic Grand Floridian Gingerbread House celebrated its 20th anniversary in 2018. The life-size gingerbread house is located in the resort lobby throughout the holiday season, and was actually deconstructed during our stay.
By the time we got to the lounge inside the Sugar Loaf building, the desserts were a bit picked over- but still available and still delicious!
Now, onto our room- we were located on the 4th floor (on the top floor), with a room that featured soaring cathedral ceilings and a “dog house” balcony…

We were excited, but exhausted. After we all showered we were headed to bed as tomorrow we were headed into Toy Story Land for the very first time!
