According to the New York Post, “A janitor emptying trash at the Downtown Disney shopping village discovered three hollowed-out grenades. Authorities say the devices appeared to be training grenades and weren’t live.”
The incident appears to have happened yesterday, January 2, 2013 at around 7:30pm in a parking lot only accessible to cast members. The police officers did say the 3 hollowed-out grenades would be blown up as a precaution and there was minimal guest interruption.
